MPI Requirements - Grain

Does anyone know (or anyone here work for MPI) and can point me in the direction of something that outlines the requirements for bringing in grain?

Looking at trying to purchase honey malt from Canada but want to work out my biosecurity requirements before I chuck effort at looking for shipping.
