The system is a skid mounted steam fired system 10bbl Brewery, best described as a
stainless steel-clad Combi, mono block ex USA.

Inventory Includes;
Kettle
A stainless steel clad brew kettle. Vertical cylindrical vessel with dished and flanged top
and bottom for easy cleaning and trub separation. Supported on stainless steel sub frame
with adjustable feet that give a clearance of 7” from the floor. It’s fitted with a high
capacity steam jacket for rapid boiling and a tangential inlet for whirl pooling.
A built in wort receiver to ensures clear wort. It will boil off 10 percent of wort volume in 1-1 ½ hours.
In place cleaning is made possible via CIP arm that is mounted in the centre of the vessel
and is fitted with a spray ball cleaning head.

The kettle includes the following:
• 400 gallon working capacity
• 16” top man-way door
• 8” liquid vapour outlet
• ½” temperature well
• 4” x 12” viewing port
• CIP spray cleaning head
• 2 x 1” steam inlets
• 2” drain outlet connection
• 2” racking outlet connection

Combi-Tank
Mash / Lauter Tun. Vertical cylindrical vessel stacked above the hot water tank used
to separate wort from the mash. Wedge-wire false bottom with four-degree coned bottom
underneath with a tapered collection point to ensure an even sparge/sweet wort collection.
There’s a fresh water under screen rinse system for cleaning and rinsing of bottom of the lauter tun
to a central drain for total debris removal. The mash hydration unit has a hot and cold water mixer
and temperature controller. Total CIP capability.
Insulated with 2” of high density insulation and clad in polished copper.
Hot Liquor Tank. Vertical cylindrical tank with dished and flanged bottom for easy cleaning.
Used to store hot water for sparging and hot water recovered from wort cooling process.
In place cleaning is made possible by spray cleaning ball located in hot liquor tank.
Fitted with a steam jacket with digital temperature controller for precise heating control.
Insulated with 2” of high density insulation and clad in polished copper.

Vertical cylindrical vessel with dished and flanged top and 60 degree conical bottom.
Supported on 4 stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. Equipped with cooling jacket
around the cylindrical section. Designed to ferment wort at a number of different temperature
ranges and hold pressure (14.8 psi) for carbonation. In place cleaning is made possible via CIP arm
that extends into vessel and is fitted with a spray ball cleaning head.

with adjustable feet. Designed to condition and dispense beer at a number of different temperature
ranges and hold pressure (14.8 psi) for carbonation. In place cleaning is made possible via CIP arm
that extends into vessel and is fitted with a spray ball cleaning head.
Carbonation stones and shadow less side doors are also fitted.
