If your after malted grain then Brewers Coop have the biggest range in NZ. They also stock Briess Blackrock Coopers and Muntons extracts if thats what your after.

Any of the light malt cans will do you Steve.  These are not hopped though, just liquid malt.  The Briess cans are single malt which is nice, they seem to have a good range.

Dopplebock's are great, all the best with it!

Unless your recipe is specifically looking for a bigger malt (as in larger) I would think you are probably looking for lager malt. I blame Epic for people now spelling lager as larger... http://beerevolution.wordpress.com/tag/epic-larger/

Pilsner malt is a good lager malt if you can find some of that.

If you want larger malt then the Coopers cans are 1.7kg compared with most other cans being at about 1.5kg and can be bought at a number of supermarkets.
