Looking for a brewing partner
Hey Guys,
So heres the sketch, I have been in NZ for a few weeks and living in north shore, Auckland. When i was in the UK I used to all grain brew and was on the verge of opening a micro brewery (obviously very small scale) until I decided that I had to travel before I started up a business etc. I have lots of ideas and it is definitely something I will do at some stage, I currently don't have any all grain equipment, actually waiting to get the grainfather at the minute, so I can start trialling some recipes etc. So I'm looking for someone like minded who would like to get together share ideas and maybe get a few brews on as well as looking at the possible viability of opening and setting up a microbrewery. I'm 26 but im not bothered who messages me as long as they are like minded and would like to get together and bounce some ideas around. I worked in melbourne in the craft industry for the year and met alot of people who have inspired me to try and follow this path and would love somebody elses input and partnership along the way.
Would be cool to hear from people, I hope this post is ok on the forum not sure where else I can put it.
Also as I'm new to the country be cool to meet new people.

Hey Steve, whereabouts on the Shore are you?
There's a bunch of us all-grain brewers along the Beach Haven - Birkenhead - Northcote axis. I don't know that you'd find anyone to go pro with, but we're always happy to trial ideas and drink the stuff! And while we'd all love to be 26 again, 40s are not too decrepit.

Hey tom thanks for your email, going pro is a very long way off and probably may not happen but Id love to get involved with some all grain guys it's been a while since I've brewed properly, what with me coming travelling. In the next month I'll be moving out of the friends im staying with and hopefully then I'll be able to get some all grain gear :):) im currently in Telstar place in beach haven so im around that area and can get to Birkenhead area easily enough.
