help plz
Hi all i have just done a brewtec IPA and after two weeks i had a taste was good but was FLAT i have 17 x7.50ml bottles with x2 carb drops in each and x4 carb drops in my 2lt flagons .
can i open them and add more drops or should i just skull them back and start again

Two weeks is a little short. Two drops in a 750 should be plenty I would have thought...I used 5gm brew sugar in last batch and they were perfect. Give them a bit of a gentle mix (tip upside down) and make sure they are keeping warm....and be patient grasshopper!

What temp did you let them carbonate at??, the sugar needs to react to give off the CO2, try moving a couple of bottles to a warmer place for a week and see if they have carbonated better, saves using the entire batch.
