Ginger Beer
Gidday, not sure where to put this as I have never posted!
does anybody have a proven recipe for ginger beer? I am hoping to make something similar to the Dux's 'Ginger Tom'
Can't seem to find anything around here.

So I've had a few tastes and its ok. Got plenty of ginger taste and a bit of bite. A slight after taste maybe its the extract "tang". A few have sampled it giving it positive comments. Not 100% happy with it - maybe an all grain version would be better.
