Hello

I have dealt once about 1 month ago with Brewshop and they were great.  Recently I have sent them several emails with no reply and their phone number is disconnected.  Anyone know whats up with them?

I have also sent through a few unanswered emails direct through the contact part. Mainly about new hop varieties and not too urgent so never chased these up but maybe the system is missing some Emails going through...

 

Yes, I don't think anyone is monitoring their support mail box, which seems to be the one it is sent too when you fill out the contact form online.

Yes, the support mail box is monitored daily. It goes into a support ticketing system and we've had, and replied to, quite a few already today. It's more likely we've replied but our email reply has been blocked somewhere along the way to you - this happens occasionally.

I can't explain the phone bit though - our phone line is alive and well!

I can say that the contact page and reply is working, asked a question last night and got a reply at 7.41am this morning! Thanks by the way brewshop, just about to place my order... if only I could find my credit card!

I haven't sorted the phone issue yet, but the email issue could be something with a hotmail address, I switched to gmail and got a quick smart reply from them.
