Brewery Fresh Wort for homebrewers

My brewery is in bits under the house waiting to be turned into a 100L 3 tier gravity/pully powered beast. So I thought I would try the Bear, my friend Simon and I got two bags of the india pale ale wort. We added 10L of Waitakere water, and 500g dextrose to bring it up to two cornies worth. The Californian ale yeast loved it finishing really dry, I dry hopped with 250g Amarillo.(maybe a little to keen on that side). The beer is great, pretty well balanced (more as the hops soften) and still has a nice malt presence. Right now it tastes like really good, bit young APA.  At $45 for a cornie its good value ($2.30L plus the hops). Not to mention the lazy no grain 30 min brew time. If your a kit brewer give it a go. It's good stuff.
