You can occasionally buy them new but they tend to be way more expensive than the reconditioned 19L (5 gallon) cornys that most of us use. From memory, allgrain.co.nz was stocking some, but there are none currently listed on the site.

Hi. No, I've never carried the 12L version but I can get in as a special order - next shipment arrives end of May. I'd advise you to use the 19L version in any case as it will be just as easy to use (just takes a bit more CO2 to purge the O2 but easier to carbonate the beer) and you'll be able to do full batches when you want.

Good idea Karl. actually the only reason i started doing 3 gal was because of my dislike of bottling.

I saw one at Brewers Coop last week.  Not sure if it was in servicable condition but it might be worth giving them a call.

Chi Company has a 3 gallon Corny, but shipping is $60 on top of the $100 price tag.
