Craft Brewers Training

“A sensory session involving the "Flavour Training" programme that has been conducted by Hugh Dunn from WA in some other Australian states will be held on Sunday 6 April between 0900 and 1200. This session is complimentary and limited to the first 50 delegates. This session will be followed after lunch by the Craft Brewers forum which will be chaired by Professor Charlie Bamforth and involving several other well-known educators on Brewing from around the world. Ex Beer & Brewer on Hugh Dunn

Hugh has over 22 years experience and has held a number of roles with Lion Nathan including Brewing and Technical manager at Swan Brewery in Perth. He has run his own brewing consultancy, and is currently brewing lecturer at Edith Cowan University. Hugh is also Chief Judge at the Perth Royal beer Show and an IBD accredited trainer.

On top of this

He ran the 600 Litre Micro at The Old Swan Brewery for 2 years and hands on small brewery day to day experience.
