Unwaged Traineeship wanted

I hope I clicked the right links, followed the correct instructions and that I reached the person in charge of what my question hereis about.
As I am currently living in Wellington and will be for the next couple of months, before I return home to Germany, I thought about doing a traineeship at a brewery here in New Zealnd.
I might be looking at an apprenticeship at Germany's oldest brewery, the Weihenstephan Brewery next year.
Now, before I would be able to start an apprenticeship there, I would need to have a little insight into the brewing industry. And thats were you come in.
Does any brewery around here offer unwaged traineeships at all? If yes, for how long, maybe a month or longer? On weekends?
