Great video, do you add yeast or let the natural yeast in the apples spontaneously ferment?
We use champagne yeast. The wild stuff is too unpredictable.
I like the last line... "no drinking til it's all finished" .. yeah right!
How else do you get that many blokes to pitch in for a days yakka?
