- Favorite Beers?
- Crikey, it all depends on the situation really. Too many to list but they all have flavour.
- Favorite Breweries?
- I am going through a Tuatara phase, probably as it is my most local (I almost live on the same street, just a range of hills in the way). Also Emmersons have featured highly, Rennaissance, and sadly Limburg (hopefully it is nt the end)
- Favorite Bars/Pubs?
- I pretty much enjoy anywhere that provides something more than Speights Gold, Tui and suchlike.
- About Me:
- Just trying to make decent beer for myself and friends, also make cheese, sausages, bacon, ham and various smoked foods. To eat with the beers. Also trying my hand at cider, but am not prepared to dissolve any rodents into it no matter how authentic that would be.
