I think that gap between your Rambo and the kettle is too much... you'll get a boil for sure, but you'll waste a lot of energy getting it. Prop the burner up on some bricks and get it around 75 - 100mm from the bottom of the kettle. You can adjust the flame size with the valve if your boil is too vigorous.

Yeah I am going to have steel rods slid through the sides at different heights for quick boil and lower it for rolling boil
