Lookin' pretty good Jo. I see an element in there, do you have a stepped mash planned or is that just to keep the mash temp up if required?

Thanks Mr C. It just there to heat up the strike water. I'm too lazy to transfer frrom the kettle. Chris - it's 47 Liters.

sweet work Joe - am just about to turn my old 42l kettle into my mash tun also. Got a fancy pants blichman auto sparge arm and false bottom on the way from northern brewer (for no real reason!). are you going to insulate that at all????
