That looks awesome Andy, what was the crush like from the mill, do you think you will have to adjust the gap all?

The crush was a little bit floury, most likely because I was running it with a 1000rpm drill.  From what I've read it should really be more like 200rpm.  Since I'm doing BIAB I'm not too worried, but I will look at getting a variable speed drill for the future.  I'm not going to adjust the gap at this stage, I think it's pretty good at the factory setting.
