Got a mate at an Engineering shop here in Nelson, they just programme the water jet cutter and hey presto!!!

How much did they charge you? Good slot size too BTW... You could have got more, but I think it'll work well for you.

G'day there Stu, yeah mine has always worked a treat, I dont even get a litre before I considerit clear runnings. I am about to get two more of these babies made very soon for another member, so will check out what the latest costs are for the cutting. i supplied one to Mike Neilson on here and I think from memory bank( had a drink since then) he is also a commercial brewer by day, so might pay to grab his opinion and we can go from there. Ev/
