I find them to be floral and citrus but not as spicey as the american ones. I have used them mainly for bittering in stouts and ales, but work well with nelson sauvin and mot

brilliant thanks for that, I am gathering photos of known hops to hopefully work out what mine couple of randoms are, at this stage I believe I have a hallertau based on my early flowering of one plant and my second plant looks like yours with the layout of the flowers but my cones haven't yet formed so its a bit early to tell hopefully I am onto a winner,
