Chilling my beers on holiday in the Malborough Sounds B.B.H styles!
Worked pretty well just took me a while to get on top of the carbonation.

shit thats awesome - what temp is the creek?

Comment by Chris Banks on January 14, 2012 at 12:08pm

It varied a lot - was good for the oatstout most of the time but could have been a little cooler for the pale.

The other issue was when the water level rose  after the rain on new years - a half full keg is quite bouyant so one was under the water and one was bobbing around on top lucky I had built a make shift fence across the creek otherwise it may have buggered off....

if you want to go camping, go camping with Chris, he may only bring 2 cans of beer, but they are big ones.

Now that is GLAMPING, did a similar thing last year in Golden Bay, took 2 kegs, fridge and icebank and set them up in the gazebo at the campsite, boy we got some funny looks. only way to camp
