Looks good to me, but I guess the proof is in the mash - what's your efficiency been like, and any problems filtering through the grain bed? The mill looks great, by the way, and if it works as advertised I'm sure there'd be a few on here who would be keen on some specs/instructions to build their own!

Seems like this should be a little more floury - great husks, but doesn't seem like it's cracking the kernel?
