Ferment at ~62 for 10 days.

Give this a nudge. I used 05 and got really close despite a few tweaks due to a Mash Temp mistake.

Great beer and this is the best effort I have made to date.

Any tasting notes? I saw this beer, and I'm really intrigued by it.

Citra and Amarillo make for an amazing combo. Have you had the real deal? From time to time they have it on Beercellar.co.nz. Even months old it still tastes great but mine didn't last as long haha.

As I said mine was a big fail that turned into a reasonable win with a 6% version that had a massive 0 minute addition and no Dry Hop. That said it still compared to the real deal and I was fine to drive after as a bonus.

Piney grapefruit (really a big citrus) flavouring with a touch of roast (a hint as I only steeped the carafa III for the last 10mins prior to mash out) and a slight spice from the Rye and Cararye. I have had a few BIPAs that are more like american hopped porters but this could pass for a Rye PA with eyes closed.

Not really good with the notes but this is one mans opinion at least.
