Driftwood Brewery's Fat Tug IPA has to be the one brew I couldn't get enough of during our visit to Victoria, Vancouver Island, Canada last year.  Fresh IPA in the summer temps of 30+degC in B.C was great.   Back home and after assembling a 2 vessel, electric, all grain recirculation system, a Fat Tug clone was brew #4.  Here's the recipe I used, based on clone#4 from "closer to the hop"  

24.3 L into the fermenter

OG 1.066

FG 1.017

ABV 6.4%

Mash @ 66 degC for 90 mins Mashout @ 76 degC

90 min boil

US 05

6.00kg Gladfield Ale Malt (10.8 EBC)  

1.02kg Munich Malt 10L (19.7EBC)

0.68kg Gladfields Pale Crystal (37.4EBC)

0.26 Caramunich Malt (110.3EBC)

42g Columbus Tomahawk 14%

20g Summit 15% 

@ 10 mins

42g Amarillo Gold 8.5%

32g Centennial 10.0% @ 10 mins

10g Columbus Tomahawk 14%

@ 5 mins

This got kegged and didn't last long at all.  The biggest complement was a mate who came over for dinner and brought along a craft beer, just in case.  He didn't go back to the craft beer.
