Hey guys, think it's time for our third case swap and catchup. Was thinking the 8th or 15th 22nd of May does that work for everyone?

Yeah it was a fantastic afternoon, thanks for playing host Christian it was much appreciated! Great beer, great company, Saturday afternoons don't get much better!!!
Cheers guys and thanks to Dale for teaching all us grasshoppers his beer mastery.

For those who swapped beers, my brews are as follows:

Cap with W & 28/4: I've called it the 'The Wire' and it's the minimash Adam & I did at Dale's the other month, based on 8 Wired's Hopwired but not as strong. Golden Promise, Crystal, Can of Munton's LME + Southern Cross, NZ Cascade, Motueka & Nelson Sauvin hops. US-05 yeast.

Cap with P & 15/05: My first Porter. Munton's Light LME, Mac's Pale Ale kit, Crystal, Choc & Brown specialty malts. NZ Fuggle & NZ Cascade hops. US-05 yeast.
Kia Ora guys, had a good time, learning always and that can only improve all our beers. Just knocked off another watching the football so all is well. A quick thanks for hosting and organising and want to also reiterate the sentiments for that to Christian and Dale. Looking forward to June already for the next one. Just need to get some beers down now.....cheers Adam
P.S Dale where is that gear on trade me? Cannot locate....
Just having my first from the case swap, Adam's BTE, mate loving it, shows how good mini mash beers are awesome malt flavour and those hops are just great.....Think this needs to be rebrewed...
Just cracked my keg of of Greydog Pale Ale and now cracked Adam's 'Rewired' to compare.

Mate, this is a good brew. Very similar for me to Renaissance M.P.A.

Love the copper colour, strong sweet malt finish with that cracking hop explosion. It has blown my pale ale away!

I would like like to brew this myself. You and Dale have made an awesome beer.

Talk to you soon.

John
Just had your Cascade Ale John and both me and Meg loved it nice aroma and had a real kick of bitterness that kept lingering on the tongue. Great job....
Sounds like you buggers down there are having a hell of a time!

I'm jealous much... being the only home brewer in New Plymouth...

You should hang round the beer kit section in the local supermarket and collar the people that buy them ... give them the Sermon & then the sample and they'll be converts to good beer I'm sure
