Brewery job wanted

I am a keen brewer and have a food science degree and a PhD from the University of Otago. My research was based on the analysis of important aroma compounds in hop essential oils. My degree also included papers on the brewing process and the science and technology of fermentation, particularly how different yeast factors impact on beer quality.
