Nice! Are you aiming for Dogfishhead styles? I would be interested to see what recipe you are going to use! Have you got some big bags of American hops??

 

Weather permitting? Brewing outside then?

Are you worried your mash pH is not in the right range? I may be able to borrow a pH meter... I will find out.

 

Recipe looks interesting. Have you read the recipes for the Dogfishhead 90 min. They split the hops up and continually add small amounts evenly spread throughout the boil... sounds labour intensive, but also sounds like it could give great results??

Nate I have a pH meter, if you have a spare 9V battery! Also have a refactometer if you want to play around.... (with it, not me....)

 

Happy for you to borrow it/them on the basis of you break it you buy it!

Sounds like a plan, although I'd only have a little time.
