they can hydro test etc as well as fill, they are more expensive tho then college hill,   the bottles with metal boot type thinga at bottom that self stand need testing more often, imho buy a newer bottle = less ongoings....

I'm not sure if they do them. I got a brand new 5kg for $290 I think it was.

although they dont have the right "adapter" to fill my bottle for some reason??
