Hey guys

I have a BG10 burner setup with a 0-20psi adjustable reg and I'm having trouble getting my burner to produce a blue flame, all I get is a very large yellow flame.

I believe this may be due to it being fitted with the incorrect size orifice in it, does anyone know the correct size orifice for this burner.

Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers

Is the air intake where the hose attaches to the burner fully open?

Yep, I have played with that.

Orifice connector

I think this is what you need but there is a 1/4" too

I'll check when I get home tonight as I thought they had an injector in them.  I need to order two more as the injectors ship with the regs rather than the burners which seems wierd.  Decided to run a reg for each burner for mine as the gas bottle couldnt supply both burners at max

Definitely the same thing,

That's the one  but 1/4in, any idea if you can get them anywhere in NZ?

No I dont thin you can get them in nz they are made specific to the burner.  There is only the one, 3/8th one end and 1/4 on the other for the - use the link above for $5 each or something.

They put a huge mark up on the shipping so I opened a chat to Amazon to discuss and they shipped it for free, really stoked with how easy that was.  Small envelope with 2 pieces.

Hope that helps.

Sorry for the delay in response, just moved house and cant find my pc yet
