Anyone using these things? Accuracy of +- 0.1-0.2 pH, calibration with 2 buffer solutions.

Might give it a nudge.

I have one that looks just like that, it seems fine.

For mashing?

It's operating temperature is below mashing temp if that was what you are going to use it for.

I use one and just chill the sample to under 35 degrees as being cheap they wont last long if used under hot temperatures. I then use a ph temperature calculator online to get the correct pH. Seems to work fine to get a rough idea if you getting close to correct pH.
