Greetings, I am told that I am very good with computers but unfortunately this does roll-over to my brewing so looking for some help with this one. I am heading towards doing a BIAB soon and have the following bits to use up which I could possibly use with the stout. 1.5kg Black Rock Amber Malt Extract, 1 kg of Mangroves Jacks German Lager No: 60 which I could use instead of sugar and 500grm light unhopped spray malt which may be better left out. Thinking about adding some hops but don't know what would be suitable. All suggestions will be welcome. Thanks, John

Fuggles are quite good in a stout.
