I had a video on youtube how to do it. I deleted it already as there wasn't interest, bummer if you missed it. I think I erased the original file too as I can't find it anymore :( I would buy one from China, check out Alibaba and marine HX's. There's some more data on home brew talk.

Full copper CFC with convoluted inner copper tube. Perfect for building counterflow HERMS as it can take boiling water both ways. Starting price is $200 and will sell it for the best price offered before 23.2.2013 or back it with me.

Magnetic drive pumps 4 sale:

Small pump sold.

Pump2: Iwaki MD30RZ, 15/17/Lmin, 8/11m head. 90W. 100VAC version, comes with a 220-110 transformer. Asking for $400. I got a quote for a new: "Iwaki MD-30R $871.00 + GST. Available ex-stock our Auckland store." This is a real monster and I had it running my whirlpool with out a problem.

Also 5 pairs of ½" ss-camlocks. Food safe seals. The female's (the ones with the cams) are with ½" male thread and the males with hose ends. $250 the whole set.
