I would recommend beersmith, been using it for about 6 months now. Heaps of features and handy tools.

+1 Been using it for ages and it is good. UI/usability isn't great but everything else is awesome. Great for planning recipes.

I use Beer tool pro and like it but if I were starting again I would probably use beersmith as its the standard. Gladfields have their malt profiles as a download for beersmith.

Yes, it's great. Takes a bit of getting your head around, but well worth the investment.
