The Imperial IPA kiwi styles went well, knocking off the 100 IBU (International Bitterness Units) setting a new record for the Thornbridge Brewery final hop addition of 7.5kg for 1300 litres. It also happened to be the 800th brew for the brewery and was brewed on St Georges Day.
