March Pump for sparging - recommendations please

Can any one recommend a particular type of March pump for sparging, a place to purchase ( and price) would be great. We have a separate HLT and also a Mash tun of the same size (approx 80L stainless).   Any tips for novices would be greatly accepted. cheers Sam

If by sparging you mean it is only for hot water and not for transferring hot wort from your mash tun to your kettle just get a hot water booster pump from trade me. I think I got mine for about $40. I dont see the need for an expensive march pump if your only pumping hot water.

Search on AliExpress.com - cheap Chinese versions.

I got a Resun model rated to 80 deg C for USD100, freight free. Shipping took 4 days from China, door to door.

Perfect for pre-boil liquid transfers and continuous sparging and definitely cheaper than NZD280 or whatever the genuine or NZ sourced copycat models are now.

Here's a link to a 30 l/min model for the same price with free shipping - they use AliExpress' escrow payment service which protects you as the vendor doesn't receive the money until you receive the item.
