You may like to refer this one over the ditch to our Aussie mates at Aussie Home Brewer. Just google Fat Yak Clone and you should see their attempts. Not sure if there are any clones but plenty of attempts to get you close from what I was just reading through.

+1 for what Chris has said...AHB is a good starting place.

As you are BIAB, there are plenty of AG recipes and attempts. From memory its NS and Cascade.
