Hi jamis, Craftbrewer well worth a visit. Was welcomed by the guys and shown around. Ross was away at the time. They have moved to a new location a couple of weeks ago and are setting up as a Brew on the premises type set up.

Here's the info I got in an email from them.
Cheers WayneO

"CraftBrewer are pleased to announce we have just acquired Bacchus Brewing, Australia''s only All Grain "Brew On Premise" Brewery.
As a result, we will be moving the 2 operations under one roof from the start of next month. Our new address will be 1 Christine Place, Capalaba, Qld. The brew shop will be smack in the middle of the brewery, so customers can view everything going on.

For those interested The new brewery has 6 x steam jacketed kettles with individual mash tuns. Batch sizes 5 x 50L & 1 x 120L. The power plant will allow us to add a further 500L kettle for future growth. We also have a semi automated bottling plant capable of botting 50L in approx 20 minutes."

Hey there, Yeah Gladfield is a NZ malt from Canterbury. I'd prefer to use UK pale malt fo this but I'm all out. Nothing wrong with the gladfield malt though. Quite a few of the craft breweries use it.

Gidday mate,

I bought a few fittings off a guy that was selling 10litre kegs on TradeMe. I bought one off him and wish I'd bought a few more now, they're a really handy size and you don't see them very often. Anyway I bought a few spare posts off him. What is it you are after, I may be able to help?
