Soren is spot on with his comments, good attenuation is key. Mash coolish, maybe at 65 and for a bit longer than normal. You will probably get a better result with English malt, golden promise is a really choice malt. English malt is much easier t…

Hi Steve,

I'm keen on a couple of kegs too - i'm in Christchurch and 2 would be a good start.

Let me know your pricing and availability and we'll get something done.

Cheers,
Donovan

I am keen on buying 2 or 3 kegs off you. What the best way to organise this? I'm in Wellington.

Hi Steve,

I know you sometimes sell Corny Kegs, so you might be able to help: I have a number of kegs that have no lids! They are race-track shaped, not the normal oval shape. Do you have any of these I can buy?

Cheers
Soren

Hi Steve - I've been meaning to get in touch regarding the SOBA meeting out at Hallertau on the 9th August. Do you have a number or email address I can reach you on, or should I just go through the Hallertau main number?

Cheers,

Martin
