Have to be the Twisted Hop, although the Dux has a good atmosphere.
I'm a student studying chemical Engineering. I've been brewing with Jade (HerrShapps) and Willie for about a year now. We've been flatting together since last year and have evolved from kit brews to all grain. The method we use in the "boil in bag" which has been both easy and successful. Our best brew so far has been our stout. At last count we are up to 12 all grains and expanding our horizons.
