Cheers matey. Not sure I'm quite as dedicated as some on this site, but hell, might learn something.
The brew I'm drinking now seems to have a few floaty bits in it and leaves a ring at the top of the bottle- not usual sediment. Doesn't affect the taste but a little disconcerting. Any ideas? Dont recall doing anything different while brewing. Bottles all washed and sterilised etc.
