Isn't that more like 5 hectolitres? Presuming 20L brews and not 4.
The wife and I are working on the gold coast for a while and have burleigh brewing co just down the road. You're right though it smells soo good. I think I might have to dry hop with mainly citra.

I was living over there for a while a few years ago and that beer was soo good fresh.

I think its pretty hard to use too much coconut. I know the guys that make this http://www.mauibrewingco.com/mbc/MBCCannedBeer.html coconut porter and use toasted coconut in the mash, in a hopback and a shit load in the conditioning tank. It tastes…
