That looks awesome Mike! What sort of shelf are you using, looks like a fire rated block? And are they standard garden hose brass fittings?

Looks like you're running the chiller off the LPG cylinder :-P

Looks good Mike, do you have any protection under the burner? Hows it brewing with the new rig?

I just use a sheet of hardies, as im going, actualy gone electric there wont be as much intense heat as the burner I have just chooped up my keg and put an element in there and had to adapt my immersion chiller to suit, shall be intresting to see how it goes this Sat. Yesterday's brewing was just far to easy!!
