New dual 10 amp fully electric rig. Another Kal clone of sorts. Needs a bit of work on the appearance. Used it for two batches now and gone great. Much nicer being able to brew in winter with the door closed.

Heat exchanger is 15m of 3/8" copper, 19mm garden host (Bunnings) and a counterflow kit from http://allgrain.co.nz . All really easy to assemble. 15m is overkill but better than too short.

Hard to see but there is also a 12v solar hot water pump on the kettle outlet. Has made cooling down with the counterflow heat exchanger only take ~10 mins vs 40mins with gravity only. Being small and plastic means I can still avoid having to shell out for quick disconnects since everything can hand tighten. The pump is really delicate though.

The extractor fan has only been used once but worked really well for very little cost (40cm mixing bowl and 150mm ducting from trademe, 120mm computer fan, free). There is a 120mm computer fan in line which is holding up to the heat and moisture so far but will see how long it lasts. Unfortunately the ducting turned out to be quite delicate so will need repairs before next use.
