well the tank on the right (which will be hot water tank) is 600L so...  a lot  :)

I just hope that I don't get that far with this brewing thing ;) Looks really good!

I've to make a lid for my kettle and I'm just wondering about the area of opening etc.. Are you going to use extractor or just a flue?

i just did a 100 litre setup, but i fear i'll have to do one of these some day. hard to sell enough beers to pay for it :o
