Wow that was a while ago, it didn't look as shinny as that when I last saw it. I didn't bank roll the venture I have moved on from this now. The system, although well manufactured, has some flaws in it.

So you'd recommend developing your own system from scratch rather than buying it all like this, ready to go? I'm often finding myself watching your videos Paul, ever jealous of the kit you have. I'm looking at doing something similar with kegs.

Cheers Kyle, building from scratch is the way to go in my opinion, putting pieces together to suit the way that you want to brew, and adding to it as you go. If I was to rebuild, I would go with bigger sized pots over kegs though, it doesn't take long to grow out of a 50ltr keg, with a maximum 40ltr finished vol. Unless of course you can get kegs converted and ready to go at a cheaper price than a pot.
