700 brews... You're a bit of a legend aye. Here's to 700 more!

Yes, it's 700 and the late hopped pale.
140g of 4 varieties of hops split between 6 additions from 20 minutes. The schedule you gave me for the late hopped brown.
I struggle to be organized enough to do it, especially after a few beers
cheers, jt

Mate that is an awesome achievement!! On average how many brews a week do you do?
Comment by jt on June 11, 2010 at 8:29am
Brews a week ? Nah, works out to about 35 a year
Something like 463 Kits, tinkered with a few. 115 Extract & Grains and the balance as grain

At one stage brewing kits I had 52 dozen stacked up and gave up brewing for six months

If it's anything like the LHB (Late Hopped Brown) it'll be a cracker.

Jo, you would have been proud of the LHB. It was tip top :D

I'm not the one who brewed it... JT is the one who should be proud. That many brews under his belt, and still keen to be open to advise: even if it is from a young rookie like me! Keep up the good work Nth Welly boys.

So if im right youve been brewing pretty consistently for about 20 years??? That is truely legendary status!!

Some people would call it gross stupidity Rev
I've spent most of that time just churning out bog standard kit,
It wasn't until I started - and had problems kegging - that I got on line and also discovered the fresh liquid yeast from Luke
Followed shortly afterwards by the revelation of extract & grains, Friday tastings with Rob and Domonic.
It took awhile to summon up the courage to do the all grain bit - it wasn't nearly as complex as I thought it was
