This is from the latest Gilmours flyer.

It seems interesting to think that the people purchasing this beer would even care enough to read these tasting notes?

So am I right in understanding that there is no added suger?

sugar IS natural, come on. Or is it if it has been refined?

where is the pure spring water coming from in Otara?

lol, yes you're right sugar is natural! Though not an added ingredient (apparently). I agree with your concern on the spring water!

Can they really be using spring water to produce that volume of export lager? or is it an outright lie?
If so maybe they should just bottle the spring water and sell that. they would probably make more money!

Isn't "spring" water Auckland slang for "tap"? That's how Pump and those other outrageously expensive bottled tap waters sold as "spring" get away with it.
Thing that confuses me about that poster is the hops, if there's any hops in export gold I can't taste 'em.
