About Me:
I have been brewing off and on since the mid 1970's but by no means an expert. I only do all grain brewing and have recently purchased a RoboBrew which I am really happy with and my latest brew was a German Holsten Pilsner which I have just bottled and is conditioning. Previous to that I I did a clone of Shepherd and Neame Spitfire Ale which was very nice. It will be really good to join a NZ forum but I am also in a UK one too.
