Hi Mark. I am planning a brew for Saturday if you are keen. I wouldn't mind starting early-ish (like 8:30-9am) but you probably don't need to worry about coming around until closer to sparge time. Mashing is just 1-1.5 h of sitting around, and before 10am is too early for beer drinking- even for me.

Thanks man! You did a kickass job as head steward :) was an awesome weekend. Big congrats to you too! hope I can try that silver beast of yours at some point. That's a great payload! I happen to be sipping on Brendan Bransgrove's bronze medal American Barleywine so pretty stoked with my haul too.
