    hey Tom, unfortunately a my good friend/flatmates father passed away on Monday so im heading away for the funeral for thursday. Might be better to catch up for a beer at the staff club next week? Cheers

    I think James P also had a go at BIAB and he's in Christchurch. If you don't know James then you should get in contact with him he is an experienced brewer and knows most of the Christchurch guys.
