Chili-Beer Competition Returns - 14 March 2015

We have been invited by Hallertau to help them celebrate their Chilli-Hop Festival on 14th March with a Chilli-Beer home brew competition.

Same as last year, all entries will gain free entries to the Hop Festival at Hallertau. This competition is open to anyone in New Zealand with the usual understanding that you are not a commercial brewer, and you have brewed this beer yourself (or with mates) not just added a chili to a commercial beer bottle.

Entries require 2 bottles of at lease 500mL vol each. Let me know the beer style is and what type of chili you used.

Again, time is tight, but you probably were planning on brewing this weekend anyway, right?

If you want to enter but can not attend on the day, let me know and I can let you know how to label your beers. Also let me know if you need to ship your entries.
