Pete - your missing the riwaka. I have the recipe at work with all the hop additions. Email me tomorrow to remind me at brewerscoop@gmail.com and I'll forward it to you so you can upload it here. Bryan

I got this off a website, grain volumes are a bit different though. I want to do this recipe again with a different yeast next time.

Interesting in BS you only get 32IBU but then the GF is by default a steep as you cant drop temp that quickly

here is the BS file you will need to make changes to eff and vol....  I think this would be a great beer with MO as well

Looks nice - might give it a crack via BIAB once I free up some fermenter space.

Definitely looks like it could do with a 10 min whirlpool before chilling.

I guess if you're not re-circulating from your counterflow it'd give you the equivalent of a 10 - 15 minute whirlpool.

Redid my bsm file for the actual recipe

brewed last night, was smelling real good going into fermenter, big oxygen blast then live pitch of 600ml 1272 slurry

My Chur is pouring now,  I did a 3 week ferm, 2 week chill then kegged it before Xmas....    it took a while to condition,   at the start the riwaka had a strong raro like taste and the beer was a bit tart, but with time its mellowed well and is damn close to the commercial beer,  this is a great recipe.

brewing a Chur for a BBQ keg  following the recommended recipe but using 090 super yeast
